北京，一座兼具历史人文和新潮时尚的国际都市，正在蓬勃快速发展，城市精英人群在享受都市精致便捷的同时，也在高频快节奏的生活中愈加向往纯粹宁静。
本案位于北京顺义新国展片区，距离望京仅30分钟车程，周边汇集了高人气商业街区和艺术展馆，是一个融汇艺术和时尚的城市新兴片区，具有较大发展潜力。
The project is located in Shunyi New National Exhibition Area in Beijing, only 30 minutes' drive from Wangjing. It is surrounded by popular commercial blocks and art pavilions. It is an emerging urban area integrating art and fashion, with great development potential.

于都市繁华中创造一处宁静居所
Create a quiet residence in the bustling city
Near the city, enjoy prosperity. When you enter the courtyard, you will return to your heart quietly.
与城市对话，于都市的繁华嘈杂中还原最自然本真的力量，是项目的设计初衷。
【相地】
The project covers a total area of about 105000 ㎡, theexhibition area is less than 5000 ㎡, and there is a height difference of 2.1m.
设计难点一：面对嘈杂的城市界面，如何呼应对面的商业氛围并与之适度隔离拉开差异。
Design difficulty 1: in the face of noisy urban interface, how to echo the opposite business atmosphere and moderately isolate it.
设计难点二：如何在有限的空间内，利用建筑规划的场地高差，营造都市山水自然景观，形成独一无二的沉浸式体验。
Design difficulty 2: how to use the site height difference of architectural planning to create urban landscape and natural landscape in a limited space to form a unique immersive experience.

城市橱窗 · 内藏山水
City window · Hidden Landscape
我们将近百米长的城市界面进行拆解重组，形成虚实结合高低错落的盒子组成的城市橱窗来打造横向延展面，与对面的祥云小镇遥相呼应，形成城市新与旧的对话，进一步提升街区的艺术气质。
We disassembled and reorganized the nearly 100 meter long urban interface to form an urban window composed of virtual reality combined with high and low scattered boxes to create a horizontal extension, echo with the Xiangyun Town opposite, form a dialogue between the new and the old of the city, and further improve the artistic temperament of the block.
场地内部，我们建造了一个内藏山水层层递进的连续性自然艺术空间，借助高差打造出极致纯粹的茶田景观，与外部环境拉开差异，透过城市橱窗渗透出最纯粹的自然山林，在嘈杂的街区中营造出独特的静谧体验。
Inside the site, we have built a continuous natural art space with Tibetan mountains and rivers. With the help of height difference, we create an extremely pure tea field landscape, which is different from the external environment, infiltrates the purest natural mountains and forests through the city window, and creates a unique quiet experience in the noisy block.
【城光橱窗】
Chengguang Window
透过城市的窗景窥见自然风光，预见一份宁静。
The art box on the corner of the city echoes the trendy fashion of the city.
In the glass window of the gate, natural light and shadow are intertwined, leaving a reverie of the internal space.
初入园，有微光浮现，光影、树影 ，在这里交织演绎。
【浮光茶田】
Fuguang Tea Field
借助建筑输入的场地高差，用艺术化手法将茶田景观纳入场地，营造了一个现代极致的自然山林景观。连续的艺术空间体验，引导人们更好的感受艺术栖居生活，勾勒出一场沉浸式的都市田园体验，唤醒最自然纯粹的感动。
【熙光雲境】
宁静开阔的镜水面倒映着阳光树影，使有限的空间更加灵动，在夕阳的余晖下，再次与街角的小兽相遇，享受着都市悠闲的午后时光，橙色橱窗和彩色玻璃窗传递着都市的时尚活力。
The quiet and open mirror water reflects the sunshine and tree shadow, making the limited space more flexible. In the afterglow of the sunset, we meet the small animals on the street corner again and enjoy the leisurely afternoon of the city. Orange windows and colored glass windows convey the fashion vitality of the city.
Conclusion
Go through the lights and wine of the city, enter the fairyland of light and shadow, meet the Forest Elves in your dreams, immerse yourself in nature, ride the breeze of the tea field, chase the light all the way, linger on the natural scenery, and then collide with the sunny sky, so as to start a journey of returning to the heart of the quiet environment of the city……
